Monday, October 31st
Chili -- Chili made with extra lean ground beef and two types of beans. Ready to serve your little ghosts and goblins! $7 Quart, $24 Gallon

Pumpkin Doughnuts -- Pumpkin cake doughnuts with cinnamon sugar and spiced glaze (you will get a variety of each). $6 a 1/2 doz

Tuesday, November 1st
Chili Verde -- I love chili verde. Its so versatile and delicious. Pork is slow roasted to perfection, then shredded and simmered with onions, green chilis and other herbs and spices. You can order this "straight" to eat as you wish, or I will make into enchiladas for you. Straight Chili Verde: 1/2 Quart $9, 1 Quart $16. Bean enchiladas (flour shells) smothered with Chili Verde and Cheese: 8x6 $11, 9x13 $20; Chili Verde enchiladas (flour shells) smothered with Chili Verde and Cheese: 8x6 $13, 9x13 $22

Refried Beans -- Beans soaked overnight and then cooked and mashed to perfection. 1/2 Quart $4

Carrot Cookies -- These are so yummy! They rock. Iced with an orange glaze. $10 dozen

Thursday, November 3rd
Bacon Corn Chowder -- My corn chowder boasts of three different types of corn and crispy bacon all in creamy goodness. One of my most popular soups. $7 quart

Homemade Bread -- Freshly baked bread for your enjoyment. Doesn't soup always taste better with freshly baked rolls or bread? You can use the leftovers, if any, for sandwiches the next day! $4 per loaf

Saturday, November 5th
Cinnamon Roll Saturday -- Freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Made with Saigon Cinnamon. Iced with cream cheese frosting.

October 24th - October 28th

Halloween is almost here and I have some spooky things to eat to get into the spirit of the holiday.   Next Monday will be a special Halloween menu, so make sure you check back next Wednesday!

Monday, October 24th
Lasagna --Freshly made lasagna with beef and pork as well as three types of cheese.   It is layers of luscious-ness at its best.  8x6 $13  9x13 $25

Caesar Salad -- I offer Caesar salad frequently because it's so darn delicious and is a perfect accompaniment to anything Italian!  $7 Quart

Garlic Bread -- French bread buttered with homemade garlic spread, of course, with real butter. $4

Tuesday, October 25th
Chicken Pot Pie -- Creamy chicken base filled with delicious vegetables including carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, peas and corn.   This is very similar to my creamy chicken soup.  Topped with a flaky, hand-made pie crust.    A very popular item.   8x6 $13  9x13 $25

Rolls -- Tender, hand made crescent rolls.  1/2 Dozen $4, 1 Dozen $6

Banana Pudding -- To complete the comfort food fest, delicious banana pudding.   Layers of creamy pudding, bananas, vanilla wafers, and whipped cream.   Qt $7

Thursday, October 27th
Sweet & Sour Chicken -- For the "vintage" 11th ward members, remember when Bishop LeBaron was bishop and we always had sweet and sour chicken for funerals?    It was so delicious and a labor of love.  I've been craving that lately.  Tender chicken pieces battered and deep fried with sweet and sour sauce.   You finish baking either tasting or remembering how awesome this is :o)   The meal includes 2 quarts rice and 1 quart meat, 1/2 qt sauce (so it doesn't get soggy before you bake)     You may order 1/2 a meal for smaller families or appetites!   Chicken, sauce, and rice $22

Halloween Fortune Cookies -- These black and orange fortune cookies have fun Halloween greetings and jokes.   A perfect end to your dinner.   Great for friend gifts, or visiting or home teaching gifts.  1 dozen cookies $5, 1 dozen dipped in white chocolate with sprinkles $8

Friday, October 28th
Caramel Apples --- Tart, juicy apples covered in sweet caramel.   The ultimate fall treat.  Choose between  plain, toasted almond or bittersweet chocolate add-ons.    $1.30 each (The apples used are smaller than at some retail stores.  If you would like that size apples, please contact me for a quote.)   Great for visiting teaching or home teaching treats.   So convenient that it's the end of the month :o)

Monday, October 17th
Pizza Rolls -- These sweet little gems are delivered to your door unbaked so that you can enjoy them hot from the oven. Pepperoni and mozzarella cheese are encased in homemade pizza dough. Marinara sauce is included for your dipping pleasure. 8x6 $13, 9x13 $24

Caesar Salad -- Baby Romaine lettuce, Parmesan Cheese, and Herbed Croutons along with Creamy Caesar Dressing. $6 Qt

Puppy Chow -- A very casual treat, but one Weisenburgers have enjoyed for many years. Some people refer to these as Muddy Buddies, but it will always be Puppy Chow to us. Chex cereal with a peanut butter/chocolate glaze coated in powdered sugar. A great family home evening treat or treat to watch your favorite television show. $5 Quart

Tuesday, October 18th
Beef Stew -- Beef stew is a favorite. Old fashioned goodness with a deep, rich beef base and chunky carrots, celery, and potatoes. $7 Qt, $24 Gallon

Cornbread -- My famous cornbread is a perfect companion to the beef stew. Not too "corn-y" and very delicious. $12 8x6 pan

Apple Pie -- To round out your All American meal, a freshly baked apple pie made from Johnathon, Golden Delicious and HoneyCrisp apples. The variety of apples adds a depth to flavor that you will love! $17

Thursday, October 20th
Honey Lime Enchiladas -- These were a great hit last time! Enchiladas in a green, mildly sweet creamy sauce. 8x6 $13, 9x13 $24

Refried Beans -- Homemade beans with just the right amount of spice added. $6 for 1/2 Qt, $7 Quart

Freshly Made Salsa -- Salsa made from fresh garden ingredients that you will love. Request if you would like spicy :o) $6 for 1/2 Quart

Monday, October 10th

Clam Chowder -- Clam Chowder is the ultimate soup for a cool, fall day. Made with celery, potatoes, and lots of clams, this version will delight you, as well as your taste buds :o) $7 Quart, $24 Gallon

Artisan Bread Bowls -- These bread bowls are the perfect size to eat your clam chowder. It is a dense, bread so your soup won't soak through too quickly. $1 per bowl or 75 cents each for six or more

Ginger Cookies -- These cookies always remind me of the approaching holidays. They are made with three different types of ginger and rolled in sanding sugar. $10 per dozen


Tuesday, October 11

Baked Ziti -- This is one of my most ordered items. Ziti pasta is swimming in a creamy red sauce along with three other cheeses. 8x6 $13, 9x13 $24

Herbed Focaccia -- This herbed flat bread is the perfect accompaniment to ziti. $4

Chocolate Cream Cake -- This chocolate cake has a thick layer of whipped cream in the middle, which is why my family refers to it as the "ding-dong" cake. It is enclosed with chocolate buttercream that is light and delicious. $25


Thursday, October 13

Chicken Alfredo -- The smooth garlic infused cream sauce is a great dinner. Oven roasted
chicken tops this great dish. A sprinkling of Parmesan cheese tops this off. Enjoy! 8x6 $13, 9x13 $25

Garlic Breadsticks -- Garlic and Parmesan cheese top these beauties. $4 for 1/2 dozen, $7 per dozen

Saturday, October 15th (Delivered Saturday night for Sunday dinner)

Chicken & Ham -- I've been holding out all of these months. This is my most beloved recipe as taught to me by my mother-in-law. The story she told me was that Elizabeth Taylor used to fix it for Richard Burton... I think that was his name. Anyway, this is an incredible meal and one that we almost always have for special events. The ham and chicken are fall off the bone tender in a sauce with just a hint of orange. 8x6 $15 (approx. 4 pieces of ham and chicken), 9x13 $30 (approx 8 pieces of ham and chicken).

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy -- Creamy mashed potatoes with gravy made from the chicken and ham sauce. It is slightly sweet and is a favorite. 8x6 $10
