July 18th - 21st

I'm bringing back a favorite recipe of many and a couple new recipes. Please note the change in days -- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday!!

Monday, July 18th
Chicken Pot Pie -- This was the first thing that I cooked in this little venture of mine. It has a medley of vegetables including carrots, potatoes, peas, and onions in a creamy sauce boasting a hint of cheese. There are also chicken chunks surrounded by the creamy vegetable sauce. The entire thing is topped with a flaky pie crust. 8x6 $13, 9x13 $23

Homemade Rolls -- These rolls are commonly known as "clover rolls". They are baked in a muffin tin and topped with butter as they come out of the oven. 1 doz $5

Tuessday, July 19th
Beef Stew -- Slow cooked stew meat with big chunks of vegetables (carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes) in a rich beef sauce made with demi-glaze and delicious beef juices. This will remind you of childhood days and the great outdoors. 1 Quart $6, 1 gallon $22

Baking Powder Biscuits -- These biscuits are tender and flaky and great served along side or warmed up on top of the beef stew. Yummmmm. 1 doz $5

Apple Crisp -- Fresh apples cut up and baked to perfection with just the right amount of Siagon Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Topped with a crunchy topping. 8x8 pan $15

Thursday, July 21st
Crispy Chicken Coconut Tenders -- These little beauties are the most tender part of the chicken breast hand breaded with panko and coconut and baked in the oven. 6 tenders for $9, 1 doz $18

Broccoli Cashew Salad -- This salad utilizes fresh broccoli paired with red onions, craisins, cashews, and sunflower seeds all encased in a mild creamy sauce. 1/2 Quart $4, 1 Quart $7

Green Salad with Garden Vegetables -- Organic mixed greens with fresh seasonal vegetables. Topped with croutons and sunflower seeds. 1 Quart $6, 1 Gallon $22
