June 13 - 18th

Here's the offerings for June 13 - 18th. If you would like to order anything, please do so by Saturday, midnight (extra time since I'm getting this up late). Ordering details still to the right.

Monday, June 16th (You Pick-Up)

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas --These enchiladas have a creamy chicken, green chili, onion and cheese mixture wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with more creamy sauce. Very mild and family friendly. 8 x 6: $12; 9 x 13 $20

Homemade Refried Beans -- Homemade refried beans spiced up just enough to give a little spice. Mashed to perfect consistency with just a little texture. $4 per quart

Black Bean Salsa -- This black bean salsa has white shoepeg corn, black beans, purple onions, tomatoes, fresh cilantro and just a little lime. All brought together with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This is great to put over the top of the enchiladas, but even if you don't get the enchiladas, you will want the salsa to go with your favorite chips! $7 per quart, $4 per 1/2 quart

Coconut Covered Ice Cream -- Vanilla ice cream balls rolled in coconut. Includes a 3.5 oz container of homemade chocolate sauce to put on yourself when you get home! $10 for 6 ice cream balls and homemade chocolate sauce.

Wednesday, June 15th

Strawberry Spinach Salad -- This is my favorite summer salad. Imagine fresh spinach, strawberries, cucumbers, red onion, and toasted toasted almonds. Sitting there so pretty on your plate. The only thing to do would be to top it with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing. Try it, you'll love it! This will be packaged so that you can toss it and have the crisp things still crispy :o) $7 per quart

Breadsticks--my Kitchen Aid up and died last week while making hamburger buns :/ so these are contingent on a new Kitchen Aid or Bosch, a repaired Kitchen Aid or a Good Samaritan's Bosch! In other words, I'll try, but I'm not promising! $4 for 6 breadsticks

Thursday, June 16th

French Dip/Italian Beef Sandwiches -- You can imagine my delight when I found a sale on beef roasts. I've been waiting ever so patiently. You will love the slow roasted beef with a little secret spice. Love, love, love it. You can serve as French Dip or just Italian Beef. I may have to limit quantities on these based on how much meat it took to fill those quart containers with meat this week! $16 per quart, $8 per 1/2 quart; buttered Deli buns (you toast at home), with slices of Provalone cheese $6 for 6, Au Jus $4 1/2 quart.

Banana Pudding--This is a great pudding for the entire family. It's very rich and ever so creamy. In it you will find banana slices and vanilla wafers. This heaven in a dessert is topped with real whipped cream. My little grandson ate a huge bowl of this last week and thought it was the best thing he's tasted. $6 per quart.

So there you have it. Another fun with with the Weisenburgers. Please join us for dinner as often as you would like :o)
