July 4 - July 8 Menu

I hope that everyone has a great July 4th weekend! It's a great time to have friends and family close! In the last post and email, I offered two simple items for July 4th to supplement any get togethers you may be attending. You can still order them if you would like.

You will notice that there are no Wednesday options due to a catering commitment. If you would like a quote on personal event, Lake Powell trip food, etc., please feel free to ask and I will provide a quote!

Monday, July 4th (delivered by 10 am)
Baked Beans -- The description is below. I have offered baked beans previously and they have been a hit. Order yours for $6 per quart.

Coleslaw -- This is a homemade coleslaw that you will love. Made the old fashioned way with love :o) $5 Quart

Wednesday, July 6th
No options due to catering commitment.

Thursday, July 7th
Bacon Corn Chowder -- This is a great creamy soup made with thick cut peppered bacon and two different kinds of corn. For a little zest there is also Pepper Jack cheese. It's my daughter Sarah's favorite soup ever. Quart $6, Gallon $22

Breadsticks -- Homemade breadsticks always make you feel like home. They are yours 6 for $3.

Friday, July 8th
Lasagna -- Layers of pasta, sausage tomato sauce, tri-cheese layer, and then everything again. Six layers of goodness. Fresh herbs make it even better! It's oh so good and screams comfort. One of my favorite things to make and serve... mostly because I enjoy compliments :o) 9x13 $24, 8x6 $13

French Bread -- Homemade French Bread with garlic butter. $3

Caesar Salad -- Romaine lettuce hearts, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and Focaccia croutons. Topped off with freshly ground pepper. $5 Quart, $18 per Gallon
